The Nokya H7 Headlight Tune up Kit will improve halogen bulb output by supplying maximum power halogen bulbs require to work at maximum output. The Nokya H7 Headlight Tune Up Kit does this by bypassing the vehicle's thin wiring and providing power through high quality 14 gauge wire directly from the vehicles battery to the bulbs. Bypassing the vehicles thin 18 to 22 gauge (higher number means thinner wire) headlight wiring will prevent the typical voltage loss normally experienced to the headlights. Many headlights only receive 11 to 12 volts compared to the 13.2 - 14.9 volts readily available from the battery. This voltage loss is mainly due to thin wiring and long wiring routed all around the engine bay which causes a significant drop in both voltage and current (amps). This translates to lower power available at the headlight connector for the bulbs to use, resulting in dim headlight output. A drop in voltage of just 1 volt results in nearly a 10% drop in power and even more of a drop in light output due to higher voltage and current producing a higher efficiency in the bulbs output. More power = more output at a higher efficiency (more lumens/candle power per watt of power at a higher voltage).
